The tribunal shall consist of 1 arbitrator to be jointly appointed by the parties and in the event that the parties fail to agree on the appointment, by the President of the Court of Arbitration of the SIAC. The language of the arbitration shall be English. Nothing in this clause prevents a party from seeking urgent or similar interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

20. Trade marks
